During the Summer of 2012, we completed the eagerly awaited Broad Street Plaza, in Halifax.  The mixed use development including a hotel, cinema, several restaurants/bars including Chimichanga, The Chinese Buffet, Beefeater, Harvester, Nando’s, Frankie & Benny’s, Pizza Express, TGI Fridays and Wetherspoon, together with Pure Gym and car parking (www.broad-street-plaza.co.uk), was voted Best Commercial Development at the Yorkshire Property Awards 2012.
