Marshall Construction (West Yorkshire) Ltd have completed works to a new retail park development in Ripon.
The development, for Commercial Development Projects Ltd (CDP), comprises of a 24,000 sqft ground floor unit, subdivided into four individual units from 3,000 sqft to 11,000 sqft. The units provide an eaves height of 7.2m to underside of haunch. 146 car parking spaces have been created in addition to landscaping.
The 11,000 sqft area of the unit includes a new M&S Foodhall.
Cathedral Park is prominently situated fronting Rotary Way and Ripon By Pass (A61), approximately 0.3 miles east of Ripon City Centre.
