We specialise in commercial development and construction.
Our Group consists of eight complementary businesses, from construction and development to building management and joinery, with over 200 employees dedicated to making our built environment a better place – through projects ranging from distribution warehouses and retail parks, to hotels and leisure facilities.
Our heritage in construction goes back over 120 years, and today consists of everything from design and build to full turnkey contracts.
Our clients can rely on us to take care of planning, organisation and management at every stage, as required, whether it’s a commercial, industrial, or mixed use project.

Building for the future
Following the success of its sister hotel in central Manchester, Hotel Brooklyn Leicester is now open – located beside Welford Road Stadium, home of the famous Leicester Tigers Rugby Team.
The hotel features 191 stylish bedrooms with beautifully designed accessibility for all, 3 of these rooms include a terrace. Architectural inspiration is taken, in part, from Leicester Tigers; one of the stand-out features is the central atrium arching over five floors, creating amazing inclusive space for our guests and visitors.
The ground floor consists of a bar area with Restaurant and extensive conferencing and event facilities. A bridge has been built between the hotel and the stadium enabling guests to access both buildings with ease, this is a fantastic feature for anyone getting married at the Stadium allowing quick and easy access to the hotel for the reception afterwards.
Retail units on the ground floor, ranging in size from 92m2 to 125m2, are available to let.
Built by Marshall Construction for CDP and Bespoke Hotels. Practical Completion was on 22 June 2022.
