The project consisted of the development of 40,000 sqft of combined office and laboratory space close to Warrington town centre for Hearing Aid manufacturers, Phonak. The building, which was constructed over two storeys, is surrounded by impressive hard and soft landscaping, with water features and 146 car parking spaces.
The Client required the provision for future expansion of the main building so piled foundations were installed to the side elevation. The 20,000 sqft future development area was then landscaped.
Internally the two storeys have a composite metal deck system, pre-cast stairs and a raised access floor. The Fit-Out works comprised of the installation of Partitions (stud, glazed and acoustic), Door, Floor and Wall finishes, Kitchen facilities and lighting to create the laboratory workshops and offices. Externally the building is surrounded by hard and soft landscaping with a Swift Bird Tower situated to the rear elevation.
